Magic winter wonderland with crisp snow:
a winter fairy tale
Your skis touch the snow. You're wearing a hat and goggles. Your eyes sparkle with the joy of anticipation.
Then off you go: down the slope, a little hesitant at first, though you soon gain confidence.
The air is pure and fresh. There is still a little mist, but it will soon clear when the sun rises.
A step with your snowshoes and you are there, high up at the summit. You witness the first rays of the rising sun.
You breathe in and out again. You steady your heart. You hear the countdown. Suddenly it all starts. You set off fast on your cross country skis. The biathlon - this is your world.
